Custom Orders:

Most of our products are 'made to order' resulting in different lead times.
If the piece is in stock, we ship immediately, but if we do not have the item in stock kindly note that each piece is individually made and requires a 1 – 6 week shipping window.

Do you charge for shipping?

I offer free shipping via USPS First Class Mail on all items shipped within the United States. Expedited and international services are available for purchase at checkout.

Do you offer resizing services?

Yes. I offer resizing services with my trusted bench jeweler. Please contact me for a quote.

What is your Return Policy?

I accept returns on non-discounted items. You must contact me within 2days of receiving the item to initiate the return process. The item must be returned in its original, unaltered condition within 7 days of delivery.  Any loss in value will be the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. A full refund, minus original shipping (if paid), will be issued once the return has been processed.

Can I return sale items or resized rings?

No. Sale items, discounted items, items purchased with a coupon code and resized rings are final sale and not eligible for return.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship to over 75 countries around the globe.

Will you undervalue an item or mark it as a gift for international shipments?

No. All international shipments will be valued accordingly. This guarantees that an item can be insured for its full value.

Do you cover customs charges on international orders?

No. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.
